Pubali Bank PLC has announced plans to raise Tk 1,500 crore through the issuance of its fifth subordinated bond as part of efforts to reinforce its Tier-II capital base. Providing primary healthcare will be constitutionally obligatory for the government, according to the recommendation of Health Sector Reform Commission.
