The Bangladesh Meteorological Department has issued a forecast predicting moderate to dense fog across the country from late night until dawn.

In a statement on Tuesday, February 4, Dr. Muhammad Abul Kalam Malik, a meteorologist at the department, provided the details of the weather outlook.

According to the forecast, the weather across the country is expected to remain dry with partially cloudy skies over the next 24 hours. However, moderate to dense fog is anticipated nationwide during the late night through early morning hours. Additionally, the night temperatures are expected to rise slightly, while daytime temperatures are likely to remain largely unchanged.

The department also stated that from Wednesday evening at 6 PM, weather conditions across the country will remain dry with partially cloudy skies. Light to moderate fog may occur at different places from late night to morning. Both night and day temperatures are expected to experience a slight increase.
