Police recovered the body of an unidentified person floating from Naf river in Teknaf in Coxbazar. A case has been filed over the vandalism of a police armoured vehicle and a water cannon in Dhaka’s Shahbagh amid protests by the quota reform movement. Constable Khalilur Rahman, the driver of the armoured police vehicle, filed the case on Friday. The number of suspects in the case was not specified, said Shahbagh Police Station chief Mostazirur Rahman. The Drewry World Container Index (WCI,) which has been seeing double-digit percentage weekly increases recently, was up just 1% over the previous week on 11 July at $5,901 per feu. The Shanghai Containerized Freight Index (SCFI) slid 1% to 3674.86 points on 12 July compared to 5 July levels.
