BISAP has been empowering vulnerable women and adolescent girls by providing comprehensive livelihood skills training to enhance their economic independence and employment opportunities.
At its Training Centre, participants receive hands-on training in Machine Operation, Sewing, Cutting, Embroidery, and Garment Production Techniques through two regular batches led by experienced Trainers.
The program equips women with practical skills, confidence, and entrepreneurial knowledge, enabling them to become self-reliant and productive members of society.
Beyond training, BISAP actively connects skilled Trainees with local Entrepreneurs, Garment manufacturers, and Business Communities, creating opportunities for employment, subcontracting, and income generation.
These market linkages foster mutually beneficial business relationships and help women access sustainable livelihoods. As a result, many participants have transformed their lives by securing jobs, starting small enterprises, and contributing to their families.
