Students and common people were seen performing traffic duties at various intersections of the port city on Tuesday.

Such a picture was seen at Kazi Deuri intersection in the city on Tuesday (August 6) afternoon. On the ground, it was found that public transport and other vehicles were operating normally, although in a limited range.

After the fall of the Awami League regime due to the anti-discrimination student movement, the country’s law and order and traffic system have completely collapsed.

Several students and common people have been working on traffic since morning to control the situation.

Due to their efforts, the traffic at this junction is quite normal. Meanwhile, no traffic, police or barricades were seen anywhere in the city since morning.

All types of vehicles including public transport were operating in a limited range.
