Rotary Center successfully completed two-year term of it’s Executive Committee (EC) on Saturday last.
A meeting of the outgoing Executive Committee (EC) was held on this occasion at the residence of Chairman Osman Gani Mansur who presided over the event.
General Secretary Omar Ali Faisal conducted the meeting where he presented a brief overview of the activities and achievements of the outgoing committee during the last term.
Other Executive Committee members also shared their opinions and observations. They highlighted the successful initiatives undertaken during the period, while also discussing the challenges, obstacles, and shortcomings faced by the committee.
All members unanimously appreciated the successful completion of the final payment for the ownership of the Rotary Center. They also expressed great satisfaction over the complete solution to the long-standing electricity problem.
The Executive Committee expressed hope that the incoming committee would complete the remaining registration formalities of the Rotary Center.
The next Annual General Meeting (AGM) and biennial election will be held on June 27 next and.
Election Commissioner Mr. Nurul Alam Kiron was requested to conduct and supervise the election process along with his team, the meeting confirmed.
