The entry fee is fixed at Tk 50 for single entry and Tk 100 for multiple entries, the organisers said, adding that the fair would remain open from 10 am to 9 pm every day.

CDA chairman Nurul Karim and CMP commissioner Hasib Aziz will remain present as special guests, will be special guests at the inaugural ceremony.

Delwar Hossain said the country’s real estate sector accounts for 15% of country’s GDP and 50 lac people work here. But it is passing through a tough time due to DAP (Detailed Area Plan) that was initiated in 2022.

Members of REHAB regional committee including Sayed Irfanul Alam, Sarista Binte Nur, Nur Uddin Ahmed and Mohammed Mainul Hasan were present on the occasion.
