BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has been released today (Aug 6).
A press release was sent from the Bangabhaban Press Wing around 3 pm in this regard.
Besides, the release of people detained during the movement in various cases have started, as many have already been released.
Earlier, President Mohammed Shahabuddin last night said BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia would be released and the current parliament would be dissolved immediately.
