Protesters have carried three bodies from Dhaka Medical College Hospital as part of a demonstration amid the non-cooperation movement led by students protesters demanding the fall of the government. Around 6pm on Sunday, the bodies were brought from DMCH to the Central Shaheed Minar. By approximately 6:15pm, protesters carried the bodies on their shoulders and marched through Dhaka University’s Teacher-Student Centre or TSC area to Shahbagh. At least six people were killed and scores were injured on Tuesday as students’ protests against the job quota across Bangladesh turned deadly amid attacks by police and ruling party supporters on protesters. Students from schools and private universities joined public university and college students in the protest on the day, paralysing road and rail communications across the country. Over 150 students were injured in an attack on quota protestors allegedly by Bangladesh Chhatra League(BCL) activists on Dhaka University campus on Monday afternoon when they gathered there to hold a rally. A chase and counter-chase between the protestors and BCL activists started near Bijoy Ekattor hall of Dhaka University around 3 pm and continued till 4 pm, correspondent reports from the spot. Students, who are agitating to reform the quota system in government jobs, today submitted a memorandum to President Mohammed Shahabuddin this afternoon. “A 12-member delegation of students entered the Bangabhaban around 2:35pm and left here around 20 minutes later . . .
