Bangladesh Integrated Social Advancement Programme (BISAP) organized a winter blanket distribution programme to stand beside people suffering from the cold wave. With the generous financial support of the AMI Foundation, BISAP distributed 250 winter blankets among the most vulnerable refugee families and urban poor communities on 26 January 2026 at Segunbagan Nebedan Club Ground, Pahartali, Khulshi, Chattogram.
The programme was honoured by the presence of Lion Md. Habibur Rahman, President of Brihatter Dhaka Samity, Chattogram, as a Special Guest. Mr. Delip Kumar Sur and Mr. K.G.M. Sobuj also attended as Special Guests. The event was presided over by Mr. S. M. Tareque Jabed, Chief Executive of BISAP.
Community leaders, social elites, educationists, political leaders, BISAP officials, volunteers, and members of the Winter Blanket Distribution Committee joined the programme, making the initiative meaningful, compassionate, and successful.
