NCP Convener Nahid Islam has said he wants to rebuild the country in accordance with the egalitarian principles of Mawlana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani, whom the young leader hailed as one of the founding fathers of Bangladesh.
NCP wishes to build a Bangladesh that supports the working-class people and is free from income disparity as envisioned by Bhashani, Nahid said after offering prayers at the grave of the late leader in Tangail on Monday night.
