The second session of the three-month-long workshop titled “Standard Pronunciation, Recitation, Presentation, News Reading and Giving Voice in Advertisements” for university and college students organized by popular cultural organization of Chattogram Tritoronga was held at it’s Nasirabad office on the 40th anniversary on Saturday.
Veteran journalist and chairman of the organization, Osman Gani Mansur chaired the initial evaluation event.
40 university and college students are participating in the workshop conducted by Tritoronga’s Secretary General, poet and presenter Shaon Pantha.
The primary evaluation was attended among others by prominent media personality Professor Fatema Jebunnesa, media personality Nasrin Islam, Betar TV newsreader Nazneen Haque, and Bangladesh Betar program presenter Umme Kulsum and stage presenter Maury Barua.
Every person will speak with standard Bangla pronunciation, is the main objective of this workshop, director Shaon Pantha said”
Osman Gani Mansur said to the participants, “You are very lucky because you are participating in a workshop from which you can learn a lot and that will play a big role in various media programs and our national life.”
