Chattogram Sangbadik Housing Society Jame Mosque Management Committee organized an Iftar and Doa Mahfil with due solemnity and religious spirit on the occasion of the holy month of holy Ramadan Tuesday.
Veteran journalist Osman Gani, Editor of The Daily People’s View and President of the Advisory Council of the Sangbadik Housing Society Plot Owners Association, attended the event as the chief guest while plot/ flat owners of the society, local dignitaries and devotees participated in the gathering.
Speakers highlighted the significance and importance of the holy month of Ramadan during the discussion session.
Presided over by journalist Mohammad Sirajul Islam, President of the Mosque Management Committee, the event was addressed among others by senior journalist Shamsul Haque Haidari, journalist Sirajul Karim Manik, ASP Mohammad Enamul Haque, Moktar Ahmed, FF Mofizul Islam, Principal Mahbubul Alam, Shahadat Hossain Jahangir, Vice-President of the Mosque Management Committee, Professor Jibran Alam, Joint Secretary of the committee, Mohammad Abdul Mannan, President of the Plot Owners Association, Mohammad Alamgir Chowdhury, Office Secretary, journalist Syed Golam Nabi, Publicity and Publication Secretary, Mohammad Hanif Khandakar, Sports and Cultural Secretary, Executive Member Hamidur Rahman, and Nayeb Imam Hafez Mawlana Mohammad Mohiuddin.
Earlier, a special munajat led by Mosque’s Pesh Imam, Hafez Mawlana Mohammad Nizam Uddin.was offered seeking peace, prosperity, and welfare for the countryand the Muslim Ummah.
