Parent’s meeting held at National Public School & College

National Public School & College in Bahaddarhat, Chattogram held a Parents’ meeting of the SSC examinees of 2026 and Admission Desk on Thursday at 11:00am.

A discussion was held where Principal Md. Hamid Hossain presided and teacher Md. Humayun Kabir Dihan moderated.

Renowned journalist and writer Osman Gani Mansur, Chairman of the Chattogram Education and Research Foundation, attended the programme as the chief guest.

Members of the Trustee Board — Professor Dr. G. M. Golam Rasul Atik, Lion Sahela Abedin Rima, and Mohammad Ayakub — along with Head Teacher Mohammad Gias Uddin and Md. Abdus Shakur also spoke that inspired the students .

In his speech, chief guest Osman Gani Mansur urged parents to be more attentive toward their children, noting the crucial role mothers play in ensuring academic success. He emphasised the importance of parental awareness in shaping students’ futures.

Professor Dr. Atik warned that if students fail to focus on their studies and continue excessive use of mobile phones, the consequences could be severe.

Earlier, the chief guest and other dignitaries formally inaugurated the Admission Programme for the 2026 academic year.
