Chittagong Rotary Center organized the annual Iftar party and Doa Mahfil at the organization’s auditorium in the city on Wednesday.
A discussion was held on the occasion .
Md. Rashedul Amin, Mahfil Organizing Committee chairman, chaired the event. While Chittagong Rotary Center President & veteran Journalist Osman Gani Mansur delivered the welcome speech.
PDB’s MA Awal, PDB Engineer Matiur Koyman Chowdhury, Chittagong Press Club Member Secretary Zahidul Karim Kochi, Dr. Mainul Islam Mahmud and Professor Dr. MA Kashem spoke at the discussion.
Later, a Doa Mahful was held led by Maulana Md. Tanvir.
Moderated by Rotary Center General Secretary Md. Omar Ali Faisal, the event was attended among others by organization’s founding secretary Deb Dulal Bhowmik, vice president Khan Ranjan Roy, treasurer Mir Nazmul Ahsan Robin, member R.Tayab, Sheikh Jamal, Tajuddin, Shaila Mahmud, Habiba Sultana, joint secretary Minhajuddin Nahyan, Altaf Md. Hannan and advocate Ayesha Akhter Sanji.
