Jubo League activist hack to death

Jalal Uddin (43) a worker of Jubo League, the youth front of ruling Awami League was hacked to death by miscreants at Anwara of Chattogram district. He is son of Alta Munshi of Juidandi union of upazila.

The incident took place in Sholkata area of ​​the upazila on Sunday morning.

Sohail Ahmed Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Anwara Police Station said, Jalal the victim was hacked and injured at Kalabibi Dighir Mor area of ​​ while going to buy fish. The miscreants slashed his legs, knees and fingers. Locals rescued him with serious injuries and took him to Chattogram Medical College Hospital CMCH where the doctor on duty declared him dead.

Inquiry is underway and police visited the scene. An operation has been started to arrest those involved in the incident.
